Board of Directors
Take a look at the amazing board members helping behind the scenes!

Jerry McGough
President
Jerry has a large family, consisting of 6 brothers and sisters, and his parents instilled in each sibling the need to help where needed. His parents founded and grew an annual Christmas party for the International Catholic Deaf Association where each of his siblings had a role. After 25 amazing years of giving, his parents retired from this event and in 2011, Jerry and his wife and three sons began their community contribution. In 2021 Jerry formed a Board of Directors and applied for their 501(c) (3) to help our friends in our local community. The events and people have been amazing. Experiencing "GRACE" at each event has been a driving factor with Total Experience Foundation and will continue in his parents legacy. Jerry retried after 30+ years in aerospace and technology and is Founder of Total Turf Experience. He has three wonderful sons, two amazing daughter-in-laws and three awesome grandchildren with a growing family.

Joyce Rodak
Member
Joyce Rodak is the founder of JR’s Angels Inc, a 501(c)(3) non-profit headquartered in Sewell NJ. On September 11, 2001 her husband, John, was suddenly taken in the horrific World Trade Center attacks. The outpouring of support and generosity shown to Joyce and her two young daughters (then ages 10 and 5) was the strength behind their ability to heal. Ten years later, in tribute to her husband’s memory and in an effort to “pay it forward,” Joyce founded JR’s Angels, an organization dedicated to helping individuals, organizations and communities in need. Since then, Joyce’s mantra has been “Be Part of the Giving” which encompasses her passion to spread the word about those less fortunate and to give all an opportunity to feel the same joy she does in contributing to the greater good.
